The phrase Stone You Airy was created with the idea of each of us being a bridge between the physical and the intangible.

Kristen Beavers has been studying holistic health since 2011 when she started school for massage therapy.

Kristen graduated in 2012 at 20 years old with a 970 credit hour education diploma in Massage Therapy from Miller-Motte Technical College and had gained her first level I Usui Reiki Certification.

She has gone on to get I,II and III Usui Reiki Ryoho Master Certifications twice, partake in a year-long Earth medicine learning project that had quarterly workshops, is a student of martial arts, Craniosacral Therapy Certified, Myofascial Therapy Certification, half of a bachelors in psychology and is currently working on an ACE Personal Training Certificate with a specialization in corrective exercises.

She experienced a traumatic childhood that activated the autoimmune disease she carried in her genes but it has just given her the reason to dedicate her life to healing. Kristen is grateful to have received the education that has allowed her to manage her illness living mostly pain free now coming from a life with daily undiagnosable uncurable unrelievable pain. These tools have also helped her survive mentally and physically the hardships and grief of loss and repressed trauma surfacing.
